Pate Rehab Post-Acute Inpatient Neuro Rehabilitation
Transforming Lives Through Personalized Inpatient Rehabilitation
At Pate, our inpatient program provides care and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This program revolves around your unique prognosis, ensuring you receive tailored rehabilitation plans that address a wide spectrum of challenges. We focus on cognitive and communication issues, physical functioning, daily living activities, routines, leisure activities, behavior management, and much more.
Living with us during your brain injury or stroke treatment is an immersive experience, where rehabilitation is a continuous journey. Our approach provides comprehensive care, with our dedicated staff monitoring your progress around the clock to maximize the benefits of rehabilitation. For patients with the physical capability, we offer up to 6 hours of therapy each day.
Our cross-disciplinary methodology is carefully designed to help you return to your specific community, not just any community. We prepare you for the real world you’ll be going back to. By engaging in conversations with both you and your family about your unique needs and goals, our Pate therapists concentrate on the most relevant aspects. For example, if your home has two stories, we’ll work on improving your stair skills, while someone residing on a single level may need assistance with high kitchen cabinets. This personalized preparation is invaluable in helping you regain your independence.

Daily Schedule
Patients receive treatment Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with a break for lunch. At Pate, it is our priority to offer each patient who lives with us treatment that is customized to their specific needs. We also ensure that patients rotate therapies throughout the day for maximum results.
Following treatment, patients return to their residence with free time before dinner. Evenings may include group activities, family visits, or patients may just prefer unwinding and watching TV in their room.
Living in a community during rehabilitation provides a wide array of options and benefits. Friendships between patients offer support and understanding – they know what the other is going through. Social interaction is invaluable during treatment and offers practice in social skills as well as a strong sense of camaraderie.
