At Rehab Without Walls^® our continuum of care expands beyond
recovering from the physical results of a brain injury.

We strive to ensure an individual’s social and emotional needs are met as well.

Through our Social Work Services, we provide educational resources to the family, individual, caregivers, and team, focusing on helping with the adjustment process and facilitating the individual’s return to their community.

Working with the individual’s medical providers, our team performs comprehensive evaluations, assessing the social, and emotional support needs of each individual and their family, setting measurable objectives and goals that are formulated in conjunction with other rehabilitation services being provided. The treatment is evaluated regularly to re-assess the effectiveness, and adjustments may be made to achieve maximum results in independence.
