The Dixie Lodge is a comprehensive transitional rehabilitation program in a residential setting, with an enriched environment focused on the specific needs of patients recovering from neurological injuries.

We are a CARF accredited comprehensive transitional rehabilitation program in a residential setting with an enriched environment focused on the specific needs of patients recovering from neurological injuries. We have private suites and the feel of a beautiful Northern Michigan lodge with 24-hour personal care including transportation to off-site medical appointments. We offer intensive therapy services, including PT, OT, ST, and cognitive therapies. Patients also have access to educational programming, adaptive sports exploration, community outings, and more.
