In 2009, the first Level Eleven Physical Therapy clinic opened its doors in Grand Blanc Township, Michigan. Dedicated to providing specialized, interdisciplinary, and outcome-based care, Level Eleven worked one-on-one with children and adults suffering from an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)-related diagnosis to help them achieve a personal level of independence and success.
In 2019, Level Eleven joined the Rehab Without Walls neurosolutions provider network and became an affiliate of Rehab Without Walls.
For more than 30 years, Rehab Without Walls has worked to build and implement a well-coordinated continuum of care in which individuals suffering from an ABI-related diagnosis have access to the highest quality of care, intensive rehabilitation services, and the opportunity to live fulfilling lives with the highest level of independence.
Together as Rehab Without Walls since 2019, we provide outpatient programs and services for a complex population that is beyond the walls of traditional health care models. We remove walls, break barriers, and rebuild lives – and when other organizations see limitations of care, we see opportunities.
