In 2009, the first Level Eleven Physical Therapy clinic opened its doors in Grand Blanc Township, Michigan. A decade later in 2019, Level Eleven joined the Rehab Without Walls® neurosolutions provider network.
Together as one with over 40 years of combined experience, Rehab Without Walls® provides specialized, interdisciplinary, and outcome-based care to children and adults suffering from an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)-related diagnosis. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve the highest level of independence and success by tailoring our services to their specific needs. We remove walls, break barriers, and rebuild lives – and when other organizations see limitations of care, we see opportunities.
