Bioness L300 Go For Foot Drop and Thigh Weakness
Foot Drop is a condition where the muscles in the foot are too weak to properly lift the foot and toes while walking. The L300 Go helps to alleviate walking challenges that may result from:
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Incomplete Spinal Cord Injury
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Cerebral Palsy
The L300 Go is the world’s first functional electrical system (FES) that integrates smart 3D motion detection. Through an adaptive, learning algorithm, the L300 Go detects gait events, providing stimulation precisely when needed making it easier for users to clear their foot at walking speeds, on stairs, ramps, and while navigating uneven terrain. It’s Improved Mobility. Made Easier.
There are 4 available L300 Go configurations depending on your need:
Bioness H200 Wireless
The H200 Wireless System may help you regain function in your hand and wrist and get back to your daily activities if your condition is due to:
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Certain Neurological Disorders
The H200 Wireless System uses functional electrical stimulation (FES) to activate the nerves that control the muscles in the hand and forearm. Programs customized for your specific needs and rehabilitation goals may help you perform daily activities and also reeducate your muscles over time.
VitalStim® Therapy System is an effective treatment for patients with difficulty swallowing (dysphagia).
- The VitalStim® Therapy System is an external electrical stimulation therapy applied to swallowing muscles on the neck.
- The VitalStim® Therapy System is designed as an adjunct therapy to swallowing exercises.
- It can accelerate the recovery time and return to a normal diet.
Bioness Vector Gait & Safety System
The Vector Gait and Safety System is an innovative over-ground gait and safety system designed to improve patient mobility and balance while:
- Promoting faster recovery
- Minimizing risk to both patients and therapists
- Increasing Patient Independence
Vector’s ceiling-mounted, robotic trolley tracks patient ascent, descent and movement along the ground. This allows therapists to increase patient mobility using customized regimens while reducing the risk of falls and injuries.
LiteGait® is a gait therapy device that simultaneously controls weight bearing, posture and balance over a treadmill or over ground. It creates an ideal environment for treating patients with a wide range of impairments and functional levels. LiteGait provides proper posture, reduces weight bearing, eliminates concerns for balance and facilitates the training of coordinated lower extremity movement.
This unique environment allows our clinicians to safely assess, treat and provide intensive gait & balance therapy to clients presenting with neurological or orthopedic issues affecting gait and balance. This also allows patients to practice proper walking patterns while experiencing the numerous repetitions essential to retrain muscles and brain.
Some common diagnoses benefitting from LiteGait therapy include Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Brain Injury, Parkinson’s disease, neuromuscular degenerative diseases, CP, Orthopedic conditions, Amputee prosthetic training and many more. Appropriate for pediatric and adult patients.
