Nelson Gonzales, Executive Director of Florida serving Miami and Hollywood’s Home and Community programs, is a renowned speaker and educator. He has delivered impactful presentations at major conferences and universities, addressing topics such as brain injury recovery, community reintegration, and chronic stress.

Dr. Salisbury, Director of Clinical Operations at Pate Rehabilitation plays a pivotal role in advancing post-hospital brain injury rehabilitation research. Through his work with the Foundation to Advance Brain Rehabilitation (FABR), he has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed studies in the Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation, shaping evidence-based treatment approaches and reinforcing our organization’s leadership in post-acute brain injury care.
