Brain Injury

Neuropsychology

We perform comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to determine what cognitive issues, or psychosocial factors may be present. We then meet with individuals and their families to discuss the diagnosis, prognosis, or issues related to the recovery process and the rehabilitation program, along with provide recommendations for successful reentry into prior activities, such as school or work.

Rehab Without Walls – Eagle Lake is a licensed Level III residential care facility located in Eagle Lake, Maine.  In Maine, residential care facilities are typically regulated by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Licensing and Certification.

This residential facility has a licensed capacity of 6 residents.  This facility provides residential care and supportive services. Services may include housing, meals, personal care assistance, medication management, and supervision based on individual resident needs.

Payment Options: In Maine, Medicaid may help pay for residential care services through the Elderly and Adults with Disabilities Waiver. Eligibility is based on both financial and functional criteria. Waitlists are common for waiver programs, so applying early is recommended.
